A joyful, feel-good Pilates experience designed for moms and daughters to move, stretch and connect together. Moms enjoy a gentle, mindful mat Pilates flow, while daughters explore a playful aerial movement experience designed to build balance, confidence, and lots of happy smiles — all within a warm, welcoming space. There’s no pressure and no “perfect” — just time to move together, laugh together, and feel good together.
