By registering for or attending a Saudi Pilates Collective (“SPC”) event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

• Your registration is valid only upon full payment of the event ticket fee.

• Payments are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by SPC.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by SPC.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations by participants.

• In the event SPC cancels or reschedules the event, participants will be notified and offered a full refund or credit for a future event.

3. Participation & Conduct

• Attendees must arrive on time and follow all instructions provided by the instructors and staff.

• SPC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.

• The event is a women-only space unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Health & Safety

• By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in Pilates and related wellness activities.

• You acknowledge that Pilates involves physical exertion and accept full responsibility for any risk of injury.

• Please inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before the class.

• SPC and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

5. Personal Belongings

• Participants are responsible for their own belongings. SPC does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Media & Photography

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify SPC in advance in writing.

​

7. Liability Waiver

• By registering, you release SPC, its instructors, and its partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation.

8. Changes to Event

• SPC reserves the right to change the event program, location, or instructors at any time.

​

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
